Eurocare is a European non-profit making association registered under Belgian law. It is governed by the General Assembly, which is composed of representatives from its membership that make up the association.
The General Assembly meets once per year and furthers communication and co-operation among the members by bringing them together to discuss issues of common concern. It appoints the Chairperson and Secretary in order to make decisions regarding the orientations, aims and strategies submitted to it by the Policy Group.
The Policy Group is convened by the Chairperson and Secretary. Its main role is to focus its activities on EU policy matters.
The Eurocare Secretariat is located in St Ives, Cambridgeshire UK.
Eurocare has an administrative office in Brussels with a full time Communications Officer.
